Position: Civil Litigation Defense Attorney (2+ Years)
About the Role
This position offers exposure to a diverse defense-side caseload , allowing attorneys to gain experience across multiple areas of litigation without being limited to a single niche. The firm handles matters involving insurance defense, coverage disputes, and complex liability cases, providing associates with broad courtroom and litigation experience.
Attorneys work closely with experienced leadership, providing hands-on mentorship and direct case involvement.

Responsibilities
* Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
* Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and mediations
* Assist with case strategy and trial preparation
* Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
* Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters
Qualifications
* 2+ years of civil litigation experience
* Insurance defense experience preferred
* Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
* Licensed in the state and in good standing
