Join Our Dynamic Distribution Warehouse Team!

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to make a significant impact in a thriving distribution warehouse? We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive and process paper and electronic payments received by carriers.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system.
• Accurately generates all paperwork relating to the shipment of product from the warehouse.
• Prepares all loading documents, pick tickets and door assignments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to make sure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of products could include manual verification of contained quantities.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.

• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
