Operations Manager - Utility Installation

We're a well-established underground infrastructure company seeking a skilled Utility Installation OPerations Manager to lead our team. You'll oversee and guide our crews in executing projects that bring essential utilities to life, from fiber optics, cables, to electrical lines.

What You'll Do:

Leverage your experience in underground excavation and utility installation to lead the teams effectively.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications, keeping everyone safe and on track.
Utilize your knowledge of Directional Drilling, Plowing, & Trenching equipment to perform trenching and installations with precision.
Foster a collaborative environment through excellent communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational abilities to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
