We are looking to add an excellent dispatcher to our expanding team. Please be ready to provide top-notch service. The Dispatcher answers inbound calls and emails and works with our Lead Dispatcher to efficiently schedule calls.
Responsibilities
Answers phones in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Work with the Lead Dispatcher to efficiently schedule calls.
Investigates the needs of the caller to appropriately dispatch service trucks & Service Technicians to meet the needs of the customer and the goals of the company
Calls and confirms appointments with customers before Service Technicians arrive.
Ability to multitask
Provides timely follow up on leads from internet or social media sources by contacting customers and arranging a Service Technician visit.
Great communication skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Dispatcher
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate (verbally & in writing) in English to the Service Technicians and customers
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus!
