Salary: $49,920 - 58,240 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tower climber or top hand, with a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure
• Ability to climb towers safely using harnesses, lanyards, and other fall-protection equipment
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems, fiber, cabling, and low-voltage electrical work
• Skill in rigging and crane operation, including working with cranes or boom lifts
• Familiarity with field-service procedures for 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G network deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues on site
• Physical ability to work at heights for extended periods and in varied weather conditions
• Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Ability to pass a background check; access to military and state installations may be required
• OSHA 10 certification required; First Aid and CPR certifications preferred
• Valid drivers license, ability to pass a drug test, and reliable transportation required
• Valid additional certifications are a plus

• Safely climb towers using appropriate climbing gear and rigging methods to install, maintain, and repair equipment
• Cable, wire, and ground equipment according to safety standards and technical specifications
• Carry out rigging work for tower assembly and structural modifications
• Troubleshoot network issues in the field involving 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G systems
• Follow safety procedures during all climbing work, including proper use of personal protective equipment

United Towers LLC is seeking an experienced Tower Climber/Top Hand to join our telecommunications installation team and help support wireless networks, including 5G, 4G/LTE, 3G, and fiber-optic systems. This is a full-time, outdoor role involving work in challenging environments and across diverse locations. We offer pay of $24–$28 per hour, 40 hours per week with overtime, per diem, career-growth opportunities, and training for new hires and experienced technicians. Team members are generally home on weekends, except for rare emergency callouts or when work falls behind.
