Salary: $56,500 - 77,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree in electronics, telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical or field-based role; RF, wireless, or networking coursework or internship experience is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record, with the ability and willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% or more.
• Basic knowledge of wireless communications, including cellular, Wi-Fi, and RF signal propagation, or the aptitude to learn quickly.
• Comfortable using technology platforms, software, and data-collection instruments, and willing to learn SeeHawk Touch and LML.
• Familiarity with RF metrics such as RSRP, RSRQ/SINR, and interference measurements, or the ability to learn them.
• Basic math skills and the ability to develop working knowledge of RF mathematics used in walk data collection and commissioning.
• Ability to learn LTE, 5G NR, and public safety signal architecture through structured training.
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation, accountability, attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to walk, stand, and carry equipment weighing up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
• Willing to work at construction sites, in mechanical rooms, on rooftops, and in other industrial environments; work at heights and in confined spaces; travel on short notice; and work variable hours, including occasional weekends.
• Willing to perform telecom installation and QOI testing duties when required.

• Collect benchmark walk data using the SeeHawk Touch platform in line with our standards and project specifications.
• Gather proof-of-product walk data using the LML platform for post-deployment validation.
• Conduct post-deployment data collection to verify system performance against design requirements.
• Participate in commissioning with our National System Performance Engineering team, including supporting senior engineers with signal readings and RF measurements.
• Troubleshoot data-collection platforms and field equipment, and identify and report anomalies in walk data KPIs, DAS alarms, and related performance indicators.
• Maintain assigned LML and scanner kits in coordination with the reporting manager and equipment vendor.
• Submit travel requests and timesheets accurately and on time, following our administrative procedures.
• Travel independently to remote project sites and complete assignments without on-site supervision once competency has been demonstrated.

We focus on solving complex customer challenges and delivering advanced wireless solutions that are simple and scalable. This entry-level or junior role supports our National Team within Engineering. The successful candidate will receive hands-on mentorship and field training, typically alongside a System Performance Engineer, with rapid skill development aimed at preparing them to work independently at remote sites. Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.; we support all travel. The position requires up to 75% national travel.
